The rest of it, on one calendar.
Gym, meals, doctors, groceries, renewals, the bins. Each thing is owned by exactly one place — a credit card due date lives in the money deck and is read here, never retyped — and the calendar below can show or hide any of the four sites with a tap.
Training
A weekly split you set once, and the sessions you actually did. The split generates the week; ticking a day records it. Nothing here scores you against a target, because no target was set.
Meals
Plan a day or a week, then send what it needs to the shopping list. Ingredients go into the to-buy deck under meal-plan; anything already on that list, or already counted in its pantry, is left out rather than added twice.
Health & appointments
Doctor, dentist, optometrist, physio — anything with a time attached. Refills sit here too, with a repeat interval instead of a date, so the next one reaches the calendar without being entered.
Recurring & renewals
Credit cards, rent, insurance, subscriptions, a passport that expires. Set the interval once and every future occurrence lands on the calendar. If a card already lives in the money deck's bills, leave it there — it arrives here through the wire, and entering it twice is how two calendars start disagreeing.
Home
Zones on a rotation, not a to-do list. Each one says how long it has been and what happens if it keeps being ignored. Ticking a zone resets its clock; nothing carries guilt forward.
The wire
Each site publishes its own dates and reads everybody else's. Nothing is scraped, nothing is duplicated, and no site can edit another's rows — a slice is only ever replaced by the site that owns it.
